Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of consultative, enterprise sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling software into healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record selling to executive-level healthcare providers such as hospitals and multi-site medical practices.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare financial workflows.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Dynamic and engaging presentation skills; able to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
- Existing relationships within the healthcare provider market are strongly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working remotely, with willingness to travel for training, reviews, and events.
